How do I get started with my project?
You will book a Discovery Call. This call will help us get to know each other and see if we are a good fit. I will be asking questions to develop a scope and make sure we have clarity on what you need done. Then, after the call, we will finalize an agreement and I will then get to work!
Do you offer any guarantees?
I 100% guarantee: you will be working with a professional, we will treat each other with kindness, I will provide my best work, you will be equipped with tools to succeed. The succeeding part is 100% on you.
What is your design process like?
My process is three steps: Define, Design, Deliver. You can read about it more in my Design Manifesto here ➡️
What are your payment terms?
Retainer is upfront since I block out time just for you. Project based is 50% to start, 25% 30-day progress, final 25% before launch and deliverables are delivered.
